Order of Merit – Men’s Golf Division
Fellow Golfers,
This year’s “Order of Merit” competition has been running for just over two months now. To date we have had just over 380 people score points with around 150 of those now having played the 10 games required to qualify for the final.
I hope you have been tracking your progress remembering the aim is to be in the top 48 at the end of the year to qualify for the final which will be played on closing day in November.
As of the 25th May the top five players (who have played the required 10 games to qualify) are as follows:
- Troy Simmons
- Chris Morgan
- Paul Tuckey
- Riley Bell
- Scott Johnson
The “Order of Merit” is updated weekly and published every Monday on the MCC website. Under the “My Information” tag there is a section for the Order of Merit so you can keep up to date with where you are placed. There are two lists (one directly under the other), one for those that have qualified (played at least 10 games) and another list showing all players. The link looks like this:
Do not access the “Order of Merit” link in the “My Results” section as this is generated by the MiScore system and is based on total points, not on average points as our competition is based. I will try to get that link removed from the website in near future.
