With the fine weather finally here, we are preparing for a busy Spring and Summer at the Club.
With the fine weather finally here, we are preparing for a busy Spring and Summer at the Club.
- The Balcony is coming to completion and in use within the coming weeks.
- New kitchen equipment with minor renovations will be finalised early October, which should give more flexibilities in menus and improved services.
- Our new Chef has arrived, and we welcome Haydon to the MCC Team.
- Some minor internal changes to how we use the building will take place, which allows a larger more casual bar area, and better integrate the bar with he outside balcony.
Friday Nights
Friday night casual dining will start this week, with the menu below. In addition, there is a Friday Fish and Chip Special, fresh Northwest Emperor and Chips, only $15! This is great quality at a fantastic price, to encourage members to enjoy the Spring months and shake off this dreary winter!
Chase the Ace will kick back off this Friday, starting at $1,000, with a weekly Meat Raffle and lucky Members Draw to be won.
Families are welcome and feel free to bring games, toys or movies, with the Committee room being a place where kids can hang out.
WA Open
A WA Open Member Event will take place on Saturday the 19th October 2024, reserving the main clubhouse and balcony area, with fantastic viewing of the 100th Anniversary of the WA Open.
The cost $99pp for four hours of beautiful food, Vase Felix and Leeuwin Estate wines, beers, bubbly and other drink promotions from sponsor Lion.
At this great value, it well sell out fast, with tickets on sale Monday 16th September 2024. Don’t miss out!
Other events to look out for will be the Melbourne Cup with live entertainment, a casual Sunday afternoon Balcony Opening (date to be advised), Friday Night Footy Grand Final for the tipsters on the 27th September, and plenty more activities.
