Balcony Update – Disruption to Access Ways – Thursday 29 August 2024

Dear Members

For the next three weeks, there will be access difficulties around the clubhouse as we prepare, and pour concrete.
There must be no parking of any buggies or carts between the clubhouse entry to the path down to the 1st tee box. Pathways are narrow, so no stopping will be available.

There has been a road base path created along the front of the Golf Shop for access to the 10th tee. Access to the women’s changerooms will be through the Golf Shop.

Pull Buggies – Please leave these on the ocean side of the clubhouse near the club carpark, where club hire carts will also be parked, or directly behind the 18th green.
Motorised carts – Please park on the grass at the back of the 18th green, on the ocean side around the path to the practice areas. You will then need to walk to and from the clubhouse.

There will be times during the concrete pour where all clubhouse paths will be closed, but we will manage these days with traffic direction.

This is a very short window of disruption, so we appreciate your patience in these final stages of construction.

Regards
Grant Shortland-Jones
